amazing location friendly staff enough space

The location is amazing! it is close to st marks square, i loved that. staff were friendly on arrival and . This was important to me. the room was basic but clean and provided enough space. A big plus!

The stairs to the room were steep. This might be difficult for some.

cramped room bad soundproofing

the room i got was pretty cramped and the bathroom door scraped the floor making it hard to open. i noticed other guests had this issue yet it wasn't fixed. the soundproofing wasn't great either i could hear everything from outside. basically i spent my time there trying to avoid slamming the bathroom door.

Great Location Close to St Mark's

The location was super. It was just steps away from St Mark's Square. I found staff very helpful. They let me store luggage after checkout. The room was not big, but enough for me.

There was many stairs to get up to the room. This make it a little inconvinient.

The staff were friendly. They gave me helpful information regarding places I can visit. They provided assistance when I needed it and I felt welcomed . Their help was great.
